Advice on Diet


In Chinese Medicine, both what we eat as well as how we eat it are of vital importance to our health.

The types of food are not simply evaluated as proteins, calories, carbohydrates, vitamins, etc., but they are also classified by temperature (hot or cold in their nature), as well as by their flavour: spicy, bitter, sweet, sour or salty. These different temperatures and flavours have an impact on our body and how it mobilizes our internal energy (chi, in Chinese).
